Be-Ge Baltic UAB
The company was established in 1995 as a family business and has since 2002 become a qualified supplier of Be-Ge Industry AB in Sweden and Be-Ge Jany A/S in Denmark. In 2006 Be-Ge Företagen AB bought 80% of the shares of newly started Be-Ge Baltic UAB. The activities moved to larger and newly renovated facilities bought by the company. A doubled production area has provided increased capacity for both sewing and sub-contracting assembly. In 2008 Be-Ge Företagen AB bought the remaining 20% of the shares in the company and Be-Ge Baltic UAB became a fully owned daughter company of Be-GE Företagen AB.
The company’s main activities are industrial sewing as well as partial and final assembly of components on a sub-contracting basis. The company sews clothing and covers, covers and assembles parts of seats for customers within manufacturing sectors. These range from vehicle, office, surveillance chairs, vehicle interiors, wheelchairs, furniture to other industrial activity within the textile sector.

Ninety-nine percent of the company’s production is exported, of which about 93% is exported to Scandinavia and about 6% to England.

Strengths such as financial stability, experience and knowledge have resulted in the company’s long term customer relations. Qualified personnel, Swedish and English speaking management, as well as low turnover of personnel create circumstances for flexible production, high quality and high supply precision. At present the company has about 55 employees.

Be-Ge Baltic UAB actively works at offering customers high quality. High quality means to fulfill or exceed the demands, needs and expectations of the customer at the lowest possible cost. Each product is controlled manually before it leaves the factory.

Construction & Patterning
Be-Ge Baltic UAB can offer knowledge within construction and patterning. With Lectra Data Cutting system, the staff can receive prepared patterns in both file and paper formats as well as make new ones. Patterns can be made in different ways. For example the customer can leave measurements and samples or ask the company to take the measurements.

Be-Ge Baltic UAB can also offer development of new covers to vehicle, office and surveillance chairs as well other furniture.

Be-Ge Baltic UAB aims to make existing and future processes safe and to make sure that the effect on the environment is minimized. The work within the context of the environment is colored by a comprehensive view and includes all incoming processes in our production, such as use of energy and material, savings, reuse of packing material and sorting, as well as continuous education of the staff. The company is concerned about the environment and continually works keeping nature and environmental issues in mind.

Cutting
Be-Ge Baltic UAB personnel have very wide experience and knowledge for cutting. Depending on the type of textile and size of the orders, the company can offer different types of cutting. These range from manual cutting of patterned textile and leather, multi-ply cutting with an industrial saw to computerized cutting.

In 2007 the company invested in a new modern, computerized cutting system, Lectra. The new cutting machine increases the cutting efficiency and saves material by 2-4%. The better cutting precision gives even more efficient sewing.

Sewing
The largest business field of Be-Ge Baltic UAB is industrial sewing. The company specializes in sewing of rougher types of textiles used for vehicle, office and surveillance chairs as well as for other kinds of furniture. The sewing machines are high standard machinery that utilize double or triple feeding where laminated textiles, vinyl, leather and other similar rough materials can be sewn.

The company has also incorporated other types of machinery, over lock, different twoneedle sewing machinery, pillar machinery, chain-stitch machinery, machinery with edging and other customized machinery by famous brands (Mauser Spezial, Pegasus, Unicorn, Dürkopp Adler, Pfaff, Juki and other). By that the company can offer a wide selection of cost effective sewing services.

At present there are over 30 professionally trained seamstresses. With their knowledge and experience company can offer sewing of the highest quality.

Covering & Assembly
As a part of the long-term development of the company, the well-developed sewing services have been completed with covering and assembly services.

Be-Ge Baltic UAB makes partial and final assembly of components on a subcontractor basis, covering and assembling seats for vehicle chairs, office and surveillance chairs, wheelchairs, furniture and more.

Vår personal innehar bred erfarenhet och kunskaper inom konstruering och mallning, tillskärning och sömnad.

Som ett led i företagets långsiktiga utvecklingen har de väl utvecklade sömnadstjänsterna kompletterats med ytterligare utökade tapetserings- och monteringstjänster.
2007 har företaget investerat i en ny modern datoriserad tillskärningsmaskin.

Vår nya tillskärningsmaskin ökar effektiviteten inom tillskärningen samt ger materialförbrukningsbesparing om 2-4 %. Den större tillskärningsprecisionen leder i sin tur till effektivisering av sömnaden.

Geographical Site & Communications
Be-Ge Baltic UAB is well placed geographically in Klaipeda, the most northern ice-free harbor in the Baltic States. Klaipeda is the only harbor in Lithuania and is an important transport hub where ferry lines meet the modern roads. About 20 million tons of goods passes every year via the harbor in Klaipeda. The harbor offers daily ferry connections that include Sweden (Karlshamn) and Germany (Kiel, Sassnitz).

Situated within a short distance of the harbor, Be-Ge Baltic UAB is in an ideal position to send and receive deliveries from our customers.

The company is also situated 30 km from the closest international airport in Palanga.
