Be-Ge is a family owned company group with business activities in Sweden, Denmark, Great Britain and Lithuania. The operations cover three business areas: development, production and marketing of seats and chairs; sales and service of vehicles, vehicle and industrial paint work, manufacturing and processing of components and industrial sewing. The total group turnover excluding partly owned companies amounts to approximately SEK 684 million. The number of employees within the group, excluding partly owned companies, is at present 391 persons, whereof 288 in Sweden.

The Parent company
Be-Ge Företagen AB acts as a holding company and also as a coordinating company for the group. The company’s registered office is in Oskarshamn, Sweden.

Be-Ge Baltic UAB
Be-Ge Baltic UAB has industrial sewing as core business, also pre- and final assembly as a subcontractor. The company carries out sewing of upholstery and final assembly of cushions for customers within the manufacturing area of vehicle seats, office and surveillance seats, vehicle interiors, furniture and other industrial activities within the textile trade.

Be-Ge Plåtindustri AB
Be-Ge Plåtindustri AB manufactures sheet metal components for the mechanical industry. Processing of all types of sheet metal up to 20 mm thickness. Robot or manual welding. Also assembly of finished components.

The products are mainly delivered to the automotive industry, but also to heating plants, vehicle seats and marine industry.

The production is comprised of:
- raw material department with laser, stamp, clip and sawing
- press and bending department
- welding; robot or manual

Be-Ge Lackering AB
The operations are comprised of vehicle and industrial painting, plastics repairs and corrosion protection of vehicles.

The main part of the turnover within the segment car painting is insurance damage on private and transport cars. Environmental friendly water-based primer and high solid varnish are used in the production.

The industrial painting is located in a separate building and the main part of the production is delivered to the Scania cab factory in Oskarshamn.

Be-Ge Lastbilar AB
Be-Ge has been representing Scania trucks since 1941 and is the world’s oldest, privately owned retailer for Scania.

Be-Ge Lastbilar AB is responsible for sales and service/repair of Scania trucks within the market region Oskarshamn/ Mönsterås/Hultsfred/Vetlanda/Sävsjö.

Be-Ge Personbilar AB
Be-Ge Personbilar AB is authorized for the sales and service of Volkswagen cars, vans, pick-ups, Audi (service) and Skoda within the region Oskarshamn /Mönsterås/ Hultsfred/ Vetlanda/ Sävsjö. In Oskarshamn we are also representatives for Europcar rental cars.

Jany A/S
Jany A/S develops, manufactures and markets seats and equipment for handicap vehicles, mini buses, ambulances, police and military vehicles etc.

The company has established a close cooperation with the European vehicle producers, the German TÜV and the Dutch RDW. Tests and certifications of complete vehicles are carried out in the in-house test plant in Frøstrup in the presence of staff from TÜV and RDW.

The company is also responsible for the marketing of Be-Ge Industri´s driver seat and office chair product programme in Denmark.

Be-Ge Industri AB
Be-Ge Industri AB develops, manufactures and markets suspended and fixed driver seats, passenger seats, surveillance, process and office chairs and accessories for these seats and chairs. For OEM-customers customer-unique products are being developed on commission.

We talk about the concept More than a seat, a competent overall responsibility, that is highly valued by our customers.

Our well reputed products are well known among the drivers of commercial vehicles, trucks and buses, forestry and construction machines and industrial trucks as well as among all others who ”sit” at their place of work. Further examples of work groups, which use our seat products with the trademarks Sverigestolen and Ullmanstolen are process operators, personnel in surveillance centres and offices, train drivers and ship’s officers.
